Refund & Return Policy

At AvaRit Distribution Limited, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy, we are here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
- Window: You have 7 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.
- Condition: Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
- Exclusions: Items on sale or those missing parts/damaged due to reasons not caused by our error are not eligible for a refund.
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (M-Pesa, Bank Transfer, etc.) within a few business days.
- Late Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund, please check with your bank or credit card provider first, as processing times vary.
3. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us at info@avarit.co.ke or call +254 738911111.
4. Shipping
- Costs: You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Liability: We recommend using a trackable shipping service for high-value items. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
5. Cancellations
- Customer Cancellations: You may cancel an order at any time before dispatch.
- Platform Cancellations: AvaRit reserves the right to cancel orders at our discretion, including those that appear to be for commercial resale or bulk hoarding rather than personal use.
