At AvaRit Distribution Limited, we are committed to providing a reliable and premium delivery experience across Kenya.
1. Delivery Timelines & Rates
We deliver 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday) between 10:00 AM and 5:30 PM.
- Next-Day Delivery: Available for Nairobi.

Upcountry: Deliveries to other regions typically take 3–5 business days.
- Delivery charges as per the 3rd Party applicable charges.

Nairobi Delivery Fees:
- A flat fee of KES 400 applies for Nairobi orders only.

2. Premium "White Glove" Service
To ensure your appliances arrive safely, our specialized team provides more than just a drop-off:
- Room of Choice: We will deliver your new appliance to the specific room you request.
- Unpack & Inspect: Our drivers will unpack the item and allow you time to inspect it for any damage before you sign for receipt.
- Packaging Removal: We will take away all waste packaging materials, leaving your space clean.
3. Damages & Missing Items
Your satisfaction is our priority. While we maintain a near-perfect delivery record, we encourage the following:
- Inspection: Please inspect all items thoroughly upon arrival.
- Right to Refuse: If an item is damaged, missing parts, or incorrect, you should refuse the delivery and return it immediately with the driver.
- Late Reporting: Any damage discovered after the driver has left must be reported IMMEDIATELY to info@avarit.co.ke.
4. After-Sales Commitment
We believe in transparency. If a logistical delay or manufacturer error occurs, our team is dedicated to resolving the issue quickly. Our goal is to provide the best value and most reliable after-sales support in the Kenyan market.
